I know this has been said before, but...
What the fuck is wrong with you people? Modifying your lights will most likely do 1 of 2 things. It will make your car less visible... which is a safety hazard. Or it will be a distraction... which is a safety hazard. There are countless avenues someone can take that appeal to the enthusiast in them without making dangerous changes to a car's safety equipment. I don't care if you want to put a Cusco roll cage in your Civic or disable your airbags. That endangers one person... YOU. But changing your lights SHOULD be strictly regulated because that can endanger every other person on the road.
99% of the time, it looks stupid too.
