Now I read this thread, I think that radar's are always a little bit above when they should be. I was doing a little bit below 65 in 55 and I had to merge over to the right to get on the interstate... I tapped the gas a little bit to scoot in front of this mini van to about 70 MPH (what I read on the speedo and TomTom) to get in front of the van and went on the ramp and all the sudden I see this fucking unmarked impala chasing me, and he pulls me over on the ramp... I admit I was speeding and will take a speeding ticket, but their was no way I was doing reckless. When I do go 20+ I make sure to check for cops... I didn't even think I was going to get pulled over when I saw the cop. That's another thing about driving on them 2 lane roads though. Everyone is doing 10 over so if you have to scoot up a little bit, your fucked.

oh well. I should of bought that radar detector I was going to get. The ticket would of been less, plus I wouldn't have to worry about insurance going up, or lawyers and all that BS.

I'm not ghandi, but anyone who thinks they want to race people down Jefferson needs to be bitch slapped by a little 5 year old girl. I don't condone of Racing people, but if you want to try to attempt it, do it on a road that the speed limit is around 60 and where their isn't much traffic around. The only time I don't see people on Jefferson is on a Sunday morning.

That time I was falsely accused.

 

i got one today 73 in a 55. I was going with the flow of traffic. She used a Lidar gun so that means she can only read 1 person at a time and the laser has to sit on the car for a hot second. She chose the car i was in. Gotta love cops.

 

Did she write the distance on the ticket?
