what are you guys thinking so far for the date and time of this meet

 

The date will probably be late May at the earliest if not early June. I'll probably try to arrange it on a saturday or sunday if we can all get off of work for it. Please let me know if your not able to do it on a weekend so we can attempt to work it out. Whenever it is, I want to give everyone at least a month in advance, because i know for a couple of us, we have to request off that far in advance from our jobs. As far as time, we could probably meet up around like mid-day sometime or mid-afternoon, and make it a cook-out/barbeque type of thing. Time isnt really a big issue, the location is more something im curious about. I know that most of the people that have responded are in the Hampton/Newport News area, so it might be beneficial to set it up somewhere on this side of the water. But i just dont really know of any good locations to do something like this. Thats why i'd like some input from everyone else as to a location for it. Other than that, the rest can be worked out.

 

Yeah I'd like to see if someone can set a date in stone so I can ask off ofwork.

Ok guys, its looking like im gonna have this thing probably on June 5th because that will be enough time for me to ask off work and get some money together to get a ton of food and drinks and stuff... So mark your calendars, request off work, and do what you gotta do to make it because i would love to get everyone out for this. Fr3shtod3f posted the meet on Honda-tech also, so we've gotten a few more responses from that also. Its lookin like it'll be 10-12 people there if not more. So as i said do what you gotta so we can make this thing as big as possible.
