You're right. I was just wondering why you say "FWD cars are faster out of the box" then use those numbers to back it up. I realize that this is DragVa so you think everyone is trying to start a fight. I wasn't. Just curious why you say that.

Just by things I have seen and observed over the years stock for stock the FWD's tend to be a little faster thats all. Its more opinion than fact I know but if I were to buy a dsm it would be a AWD no doubt. Oh yeah I was'nt try to fight..

actually, a 1st gen gst/gst should run 9.6+ with a good driver and depending on the track/conditions etc of course.. I mean, a stock Civic Si will run a 10 flat in the 1/8th.. I think with some more runs your friend could pull off a 10 flat..'

Nah he didnt have those when we ran, as a matter of fact, his factory pipes and couplers were leaking and kept blowing off! thats why he upgraded lol.. stock ones were all messed up..
