GOt a flyer for import theory on my car last night...just wondering what this "street team" is all about....

 

i don't like school teams.. or teams at all.... or crews... can i still come and say hi

 

Last year GMU motorsports arose and grew too quickly. There were a few nice cars in attendance, but by the second meet, the amount of paper clip spoilers, domestic rice, and kids driving their daddies cars far outnumbered that number of cars that were cleanly modded.

At this point we have no certain direction with the team. We plan to establish a tasteful team, put up a website, make some collared shirts and obviously vinyl for the corner windows. Different people involved have different views of how things should go. Some want it small, around 5-10 cars, and to put a show schedule that we tend to. Others want a bigger club that can have a regular meeting place, sometimes dinner outings, etc.
Either way we are being selective in the process, requiring 75% induction agreement among the members.

I personally believe the interest is here at mason, and the project of cleaning up GMU motorsports is long overdue. They didnt take the time to clean things up, thus it has totally fell through the roof and is a thing of the past.

If for anyone someone is offended by our "advertising" I apologize in advance, if not, we are open to you joining us any input or advice you have. Thanks for your interest.

I say give it a week or so, let the rain clear, let us spread word a bit more, then we will hold an interest meet.

 

That shit's a 318ic -- don't let him fool you... up until a few weeks ago he had the stock moldings on. Look through the deep ass tint and you'll see no M stiching at all in the interior. Everyone thinks its an M, find him at a light and see what the deal is. Don't get me wrong that bimmer is still pimp, one of the cleanest whips on campus.
