What'd you do to your car that it's all of a sudden running really well? Beating Marshall and all?

Don't forget that one pound worth of weight reduction we did Jeff. That's gotta be worth about ummm let's say a second in the 1/4 mile based on ITR math. Open exhaust? Hell, there isn't much on there resembling exhaust except for your turbo, thats just your resonator now right?

we need to use a itr and a silvia of the same year. the redtop sr20det with 205 stock hp was out of production in 1993. lets do stock for stock 99 itr and 99 silvia. and of course spec r silvia to go with the type r. (even though r is for racer and S is for Sorry i pull .98g stock on shit tires and make 250hp stock.)
if you want to run against the 1993 redtop silvia, find a 1993 type r.

of course you brought up the speed touring car series. the only series the type r does good in. jgtc, they actually get beat by toyota cavalier (same as the chevy, but sold by toyota). no i can't back up this claim, but i feel that it is imperative to humilliate the type r guys. :0)
seriously, who has a stock type r? who has a stock silvia? nobody here does. all we have is modded versions. all of the modded silvia's and all of the modded itr's in swva race. that should settle it.

and the other 10 sr20 guys in swva....
so you type r fellows pair up with us.

Learn to love it cause the H22A1 rules your ass. You name it, I'll be there.
Im going back to NOVA today to pick up my car just for you Just let me know when one of these strips opens up, winner gets a case of beer from the loser?

Natural Bridge has Test N Tune on Saturdays until April. Then every Friday you can run Test N Tune/Fun N Grudge. The shooutout is the 11th and I know most all of the CCVT will be there then.

Now that's what i'm talkin about rguy, good old fashioned trash talkin'. I had to spark up this thread a little with some old honda grudges, it was getting too technical, needed a few derogatory remarks. Nice weather, trash talkin', 4cylinder drivers with bigger egos than motors...... boys I think spring has arrived.

Let's plan a trip to Bristol or VMP sometime if you want 1/4 mile, and settle all these disputes and such, ok?

I always believe in giving the underdog a chance parknasty. This has been on the burner for awhile, gonna be fun to finally get to settle it up. Of course after i win im gonna have to rub it in quite a bit.... j/k. Yeah set something up soon and we'll have some fun.

As much as i dislike fwd the ITR and EG6 are BAD ASS in handling. draging them is pointless. I actually do believe that they will hold more Gs street prepared then the silvia. now if your talking full race set up then yeah the silvia wins. just toss some fender flares on there and slicks. but honestly guys as much as you know i'm a huge rotary fan and bla bla bla i give the itr and EG6 their props for handling. you really can't beat it. Also draging the silva/240 is sorta dumb. the trany just isn't made for it...the only advantage the silvia has over the itr in handling is its ability to swing around hairpins in a very controlled mannor...AKA drifting if you will. but i'm not talking initial D style drifting. i'm just talking the occasional 180 degree hair pins thats offten found on japanese moutains. ok i got skool in the morning. Oh and to the guy saying th ebest motoring ppl can't drive. the reason the US spec numbers are better then the ones in the video is becaues that wasn't on a drag strip. its on a high speed test track. no nearly as much launching grip there. I've seen plenty of videos on that track EVERYONE spins to hell and back
