Beach Tickets!!!!
Yea but who the fuck will listen to us.... "No One" they can give a rats ass about how conveniant we are at the beach as long as the beach keeps pulling in money nothing will change on account of just a couple of enthusiast that get fucked over tickets and decide to boycott the city hell i would'nt mind doing so but there is no use.
Man, some of you guys sure know how to look like idiots.I know everytime I am driving and I hear some piece of shit exhaust on some ugly ass 240 I pray they get a ticket too. Everyone knows the rules about modifing cars here, deal with it. You know you are breaking a law, you chose to go through with it, than complain that you got caught! How dumb is that! And how can you say this is what they do since there is no crime here...maybe there is no crime due to the fact that they do things like this to try and build some probable cause and stop a crime before it happens? Just like the people who complain about jet noise, you know the deal and if you dont like it...move. Same goes for the swearing down at the beach. You can barely go down there and try to have a nice time with your girl cause you've got people acting like asses. What you say in a quiet tone or in private conversation is fine but most of the time you have people making it an unenjoyable experience to go there. I hope they enforce that rule more as to make it a more family oriented environment. And if you think it's your "constitutional right" to speak like that then your an idiot and could benefit from moving to California where you can drive your rice-mobile with the rest of the cock sucking liberals that are ruining this country.
Flame away...
P.S. This post is for a select few, there are many rational people on this site with common sense.

Kellogg struck again last night. Gave my fiance an exhaust ticket while she was driving a friend's car from out of state. This was no Apexi N1 or such either!
It's a pretty damn quiet exhaust on a turbocharged car. She was driving VERY slow, not like some jackass ricer that screams to redline with every shift.
To put it mildly, this cop was trolling VB bvd for people to give tickets to.
Does SEMA still lack the lobbying power in VA to fix this law so cops like this fellow could find something more inventive to do than this?

Needless to say after making him shine that bright ass light of his on my bone stock exhaust I was left to go about my marry way.

I've been hearing from out-of-state military personel that VA is REALLY bad for this.-Citium2012
