like the title say i put a contract on my dream home today. its only about 1600sq feet but it has over 2.5 acres in the heart of chesterfield. the reason i picked this house is the 30-somethingX30-something garage with heat/water/high ceiling for lift. the garage is set about 30feet from the house so i wont disturb my wife and i wont burn my house down
. i made them a very nice offer so wish me luck fellow dragvaers, if they take my offer and i get this garage, i mean house
, i will have a place for myself and those of you that i know to work on cars. and with nearly 3 acres ill have a little extra space for the junkyard of parts cars i will more than likely end up having
.

Buy it tomorrow. Then we'll get these inserts in. What What. If they say no, we'll send Kevin over to make them an offer they can't refuse.

BWM will have to go break some bones. the only reason im worried is i went with an fha loan instead of conventional to save myself 1%. im approved for both though so if they dont like the fha ill switch over to the conventional.

Congtrats... homeownership is a very smart way to go... however the first 6 months are quite stressful if you're remodeling or re-decorating. Also, if something breaks there's no land lord to call... it's on you.
