vw parts? dealers?

vw parts? dealers?
Hey, i am just wondering if anyone can help me out... ok heres the situation.
i used to own a 96 vw golf and sold it to my step mom, BUT somoen broke into and tore the dash apart to get to teh stereo... the insraunce told me yah yah yah you need this and that for the parts.. Ok, went to stohlmans in tysons and they told me that the part comes WITH the dash, and its 440, and i have to take the part off the dash which they dont know how to do...
The parts i need is the dash bezel holding the radio and the center vents, the insraucne co wrote it up and its liek 100$ which is straight.. i was going to for a christmas present install it with a radio for my step mom without her knowing.. so when she comes to her car the next day, shes like, wtf? ha ha and the car is fixed... anyone know of any OTHER decent places i can go? dealers that know what they are talking about?

ok dude, do what you can, its the center dash bezel console, i had a 96 golf, but has 97 interior if that has anything ? dash change? nto sure... i will pay you good or anyone, all dealerships said that i have to get the WHOLE dash, bumpt that, im nto paying 40 for some little dash peice im going to take off of a dash....let me know
