Default Going to rebuild my motor, which parts do you recommend?

Im going to rebuild my bottom end and want to know which parts are more recommended. Bare in mind the motor is naturally aspirated and at 70mph on the freeway im at 3850 rpm's so i want what would be best for this application....Im not looking to make a lot of power,i just want to know the motor could with stand some spirited traffic and which usually lasts longer?

My first debate is oem rings or hastings.......

Second is oem rod bearings or acl.....

Third is oem headgasket or aftermarket.......such as cometic thin layered

I was thinking just to get this because it comes with the whole shabanggggg

OR:

Acl bearings-31.95
Itm piston rings-48.73
Hasting rings-66.85
Honda oem piston rings-roughly 100.00 depending on which dealership
Honda oem headgasket-53.70
Cometic thin-headgasket,depending in thickness anywhere around 100.00

Personnally I only use OEM piston rings, head gaskets, water pump and oil pump. Acl bearings are fine.

Id use OEM Rings, Headgasket, timing belt, GSR water pump, GSR Oil pump. B16's rev really high stock.

hah man the poll is tied.I was pretty sure on using acl bearings, the rings got me twisted along with the headgasket seeing how im not sure what my compression is right now.CP 12.1:1 pistons but hopefully at the same time i will get some type of springs and retainers therefore rev out to about 9/9200. Thats why im not sure if stock rings will hold up to it.....
