Realplay

I have an obd1 ecu chip and jumper harness I bought while back but got a different car now a 99 civic dx that I doing my first swap on a Gsr my question is, Am I supposed to move pins on ecu harness and which ones, I have seen The diAgrams of what and where on each obd ecu pins are but don't understand if I'm supposed to move the pins to match a obd1 plug ? thx in advance
