Default 91 Talon project

I need a lot of help! To make a long story short i inherited a 1991 Eagle Talon AWD when my stepdad passed away late last year. The car has had a lot of money dumped into it, and would be a really awesome car if it ran. I have a very limited knowledge of cars and know absolutely nothing about turbos so I can't do finish the car and between work and school I don't have the time to have friends come over and help me. I want to take it to a shop and just let them do everything, but I have no idea where to take it. Ideally I would need a shop that does body work, interior and engine work and has an AWD dyno that could tune it, I know that's wishful thinking but anywhere with some of these shops near each other would be just as good. Interior isn't a must, I have a shop that's near me that could handle that much but everything else I'm lost on. If anyone knows of somewhere I can take my car, I would greatly appreciate any help or advice.
