AT 415 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A RAPIDLY DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHERN FAIRFAX COUNTY NEAR RESTON. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL... DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS AS IT MOVES THROUGH EASTERN FAIRFAX AND ARLINGTON COUNTIES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
