Hell, we might as well have another meet and bang this out...hahahaha
I know I'll be looking for some assistance when I get my cams(never swapped any before on a DSM), so I'm all about helping with stuff I have done before.
Let us know.
By the way I know some of this has been asked but(preparing ahead is best)
1. What kink of turbo
2. O2 housing
3. Downpipe
4. manifold(reusing stock, etc)
5. pump
6. etc
7. SMIC or FMIC(by the way, if you don't have an upgraded SMIC or a FMIC, I have a MKIV SMIC that I wouldn't mind selling.

Re: DSM guys, need some help $$$
i did the turbo swap on my 95 gst. pretty straight forward. ill give you some pointers since i probobly wont be able to help!
1. drain your oil and coolant
2. spray the shit out of your manifold bolts that hold on the turbo cause there a bitch. (broke 3 of mine and had to have them drilled out.)
3. do not take off your manifold cause chances are your gonna break some bolts doin that and you dont need to take it off anyways.
4 make sure you have the j pipe for the new turbo because im sure you know the piping isnt the same.
5 i highly recommend changing out the oil feed line to a ss oil line.
6. when you take the t25 out clamp the coolant lines shup or have something under the car cause that shit goes everywhere.
7 throw that t25 as far down the road as you can cause its the biggest piece of shit.
8. ummmmm oh yeah take your fans out so you have more room to work
9. while all that stuff is off i recommend changing out o2 sensors.
10.... thats all i have i think.
if you need anymore help let me know and ill help you out. took me about 3 hours to swap the t25 for an evo16g.
your gonna love the feel of that new turbo!!!!
