i've done it a few times on my freinds vw's when i use to have a vw.... pretty much gotta warm the paint up.. doing it on a nice warm day like today would be a perfect day to do it.. let your car bake in the sun for about 30 mins... then start rolling.

if you have a BMW, Haweka makes a roller kit for. for those who are worried about chipping paint, the best way to solve this is to use a hit gun and heat the inner fender. this will soften up the paint. the actual roller that bolts to the hub is adjustable and has a polyurthane wheel. its about $700 new. i'll look around for places that have some cheaper

Re: Anyone have a Fender Rolling toll
i've read that the tirerack fender rolling toll is really difficult to get. you'll have to wait an eternity. if someone (or shop) has one locally, i'd like to rent it. maybe i'll buy one and rent it out to local people....
also, i've read that it's better to use a torch (on the inside of fender, of course) than a heat gun.
