Post Painting, $10/hr

Need some help painting my garage (13' ceiling). Have a 9' a-frame step ladder and a Wagner painting stick with trigger feed. This will be at the new house off Woodman Rd, about 5 miles southwest from Va Center Commons mall and about 6 miles east of Innsbrook.

The paint stick loads the paint into the handle through a nozzle then the trigger releases it into the roller, very easy to use and quick to paint, no constantly going up and down the ladder to refill the paint. Pretty cool tool.

Anyways, need someone to paint the ceiling and if they're quick enough, the walls as well. Not too easy since the painting is pretty much all overhead -- your arms *will* get tired. $10/hr for painting. Bring a buddy if you'd like to switch off in painting/resting.

Need to finish the ceiling with drywall primer, then two coats of the good paint. Figure maybe someone could quickly earn a lot of loot. Monday 5-? required, Tuesday from noon-? or 5-? also required. Check your schedules then PM or IM me directly.

Bump. Need painting this evening and tomorrow (morning, noon, or 5p to start) as well. Easy way for good money. $10/hr off the books is about $14/hr at a "normal" job.

Nope, just the computer room at the old house (that's why it's the last to be transferred to the new house). Henrico's finest will be escorting the computer equipment and devices on Thursday.

Prob is that there is actually a *waiting list* of people wanting to rent rooms in the new house but I can't allow them to move in until I get the house painted (liability from fumes, go figure).

Trying to get all the painting done as quickly as possible since each passing week is lost revenue. Not sure if I'm gonna rent out one, two, or all three remaining second floor bedrooms.

Planning to get an estimate from plumbers to install a gas line in the second story laundry room for a new dryer. Builders wanted too much and I currently have a good electric one. Thinking long term. There is a gas line on the third floor for a furnace that could be split then run under the unfinished third floor and into an interior wall before I begin work on completing that third floor.
