Default O2 Bung plug seized

My car has no O2 sensors but 2 bungs (one in the collector of each pair of downpipes). On one side there is an O2 sensor with the wires come off. On the other side is a plug (25mm bolt). Both are seized. The side with the O2 will go an inch in each direction. The side with the plug is just plain stuck. How do I get these out (I'm more concerned with the getting the side with the plug cleared than the side with the dummy O2)?

Won't do anything. I even tried put the floor jack under the wrench and using the floor jack to lift it. It bent the wrench about 10 degrees of arc and picked the car up some(a KD Tools made in USA 25mm...tough wrench), but it didn't budge the bolt.

Some PB blaster, a little heat to make it expand, and a lot of torque. Since you're more concerned about the bolt and not the actual 02, then try to get an air gun on it.
If you can get a deepwell over the actual 02, then that should work too. If not you're stuck with the good ol fashion way. GL

I never realized PB Blaster really was all that is claimed...I'll buy some tomorrow and give that a try (I'm guessing I have to heat it from the inside, i.e. I can't heat it by running the car since that would presumably expand the bolt by the same amount).

Well you heat the metal on both sides, bolt and threads. More to expand the material that's seizing it in the first place, thus causing it to break easier.

Don't think of the reference to expansion in such an obvious way, it's actually pretty small in terms of actual visibility. Not something you could really look at and notice a difference.

So I guess I'll just run it then (no heat gun anyways) - gets hot enough that you'll hear your skin sizzle if you touch it (look at my wrists and see how I know...)

I'm tryin to see pics of yo JDM WD40 yo!

Yeah just run the car, it'll be more than enough after a few minutes of idling. Air gun is your best bet.

I'm 12, what is this?

There needs to be some sort of Asian-car-acronym to English dictionary. Seriously, I don't know what JDM means other than it has something to do with Honda.
