Default Running Partner

Hey guys, I'm a senior over at MHS in Newport News. This August, I will be attending The Citadel(The Military University of South Carolina). I need to be able to run 3 miles non-stop in less than 21 minutes, relatively easy task, but I need someone to run with me to keep me motivated.

Anybody that runs daily in Newport News, PM me. I usually run 1 mile, atleast once maybe twice a day. If you live near MHS, I'm the white guy that you saw running with Jeans and a sleeveless shirt.

As long as he has the sleeveless shirt, work boots, and the mullet he can pull it off.

Yeah...IDK why..I just feel more comfortable...I wear PT shorts under them...I know...crazy little white boy...lol

Trust me, me running in jeans is nothing...you remember when it was cold-as-jack frost's-nuts in December? I was wearing Jean shorts, sleeveless T-Shirt...the only thing that was "weather appropriate" that I was wearing was some gloves..yeah, that walk home sucked nuts...but I still went out and did it the next day

That is exactly what I was thinking.

If you wear the right gear running will be easier. Its always helped me out especially the right shoes.

i run at the park across from menchville a few times a week.

i used to run to dairy queen and eat, then slowly walk home.

or mike187 and I would park his car at taco bell and run from my house to there, and then we could eat tacos and have a ride home.
