car wont start
i was drivin on christmas and i was in 3rd doin bout 30 and then my car jus shut off on me at first i thought my knee slipped and turnded tha ignition off but when i went to start it it didnt want to turn over
so tha next day i got a new dissy rotor,cap,spark plug wires and bosch plus 4's and it still didnt start then after that i got a new dissy and it still didnt start
so can anyone plz help me
i also heard that if u take off tha valve cover and try to start ur car and if oil shoot out then ur timin is okay but no oil shoot out then ur timing is wrong and no oil shot out

check for spark. im assuming you should be getting spark because you replaced everything without checking everything and probably wasted a whole lot of money. did the car jerk when it shut off? or just shut off? are you throwing a check engine light?
single cams are notorious for having distributors shit out on them, but since you replaced that i would recommend taking the valve cover off and the upper timing belt cover to make sure that your timing belt did not snap.

well here is what you should do to narrow it down.
check for spark by grounding out a spark plug tower.
check for fuel at the rail. get a noid and check for injector pulse as well.
if both of those seem normal do a compression test and see what that gives you.
