Starting to have a bad experience with debbies r/c world
I dropped of 2 helicopters the the first wed after Christmas and still my stuff is in pieces. I dropped off 2 electric ones for minor stuff and I called back 3 or 4 days after I dropped them off and they said " they are working on them right now" I just called back this am(been over a week and a 1/2 now) and got the same BS story. It is a shame because when they where over here in Virginia beach I spent thousands of dollars( yes thousands) on r/c stuff and now I get this in return. Has anyone in the 757 area had a problem with them?I hope they get there act together because they are getting ready to lose a customer that spends a lot of $ on his toys

I dont know 2 much about helicopters or I would. But it is funny that they said this morning that the guy that workes on them was not working today and then they called me back an hr later and said both of them where finished. I dont know if they just forgot about them or what but I am better off now. I guess they just screwed up. It happenes I guess . I will give them another shot before I boycot them lol!

you have to talk to the right people up there. i take my boat up there once in a while and there are a couple people that know about boats and the rest of them will pretend that they know what the hell they are talking about.

Nothing but good here and Ive been buying from them for 10+ years. If you can talk to Les, he is the man you want to speak to about aircraft.
