Mount and Balance... Hookup?
Im about to order some new tires online, and I was wondering if anyone has a mounting and balancing hookup... or at least a cheap place to get it done.
Thanks,

If they are nice rims I would pay the money to go to a place that uses machines with rubber parts instead of the usual metal.

I 2nd this..my boy owns a shop and I use the equipment freely there for myself and my friends whenever but even his tire mounting machine isn't designed for really nice rims...its just not. Your better off going to a place like NTB even or maybe something a little better but they have wayyyyy nice equipment for that stuff since its ALL they do.

Re: Mount and Balance... Hookup?
Well when are you planning on doing this . I work for a small tire shop . We have all the top equipment . Depending on the size it usualy runs like 25 a wheel for a alloy balance . We recently picked up a 9000 dollar machine its good up to like 28in rims with out a scratch . But heres the catch we're gonna be closed for the next 3 weeks the owners in the Hospital so if you could wait and you wanna travel to Triangle trust me it would be worth the trip . And i've heard some stories about NTB like they static balance custom wheels this is not a good balance . I also met a few ppl the went there when we were closed and it took like 2 hours and the costumer wasn't even told they had bent wheels . So just a heads up .
