Need someone with a VALID license. Though it'd be nice to just pay for a hard days work in cold beer again, like I used to do years ago because they wanted to lol I don't work illegals anymore

Pay is by the job and the amount of work you do, but it's really easy work you'd be doing today, most of the things I personally have to do, but I need someone to do side stuff, small, fairly simple tasks. As long as you work, you'll be paid fairly, but I need someone with a license to drive. If you show me good work habits, I might use you again if you're looking for more work.

Yet, you still haven't said anything about the job nor the pay but need someone desperately. But want to get away with paying in beer? LOL, Let me know how that works for ya.

Re: Need someone to work today on the peninsula!
lol he posted a picture of a sombrero, I use to work the mexicans I could pick up at the kangaroo years ago for side jobs and shit, this is a real business, I clean out and and maintain foreclosed homes. I need someone to do small tasks today at an "Initial", aka the first cleaning or w.e. This house isn't that bad, the yard doesn't need to be cut even, you'd basically be doing some quick weedeating, snip some small bushes down, and helping me wipe down stuff inside. I need a helper, grab things for me, do this simple thing here, etc...Im not paying anyone in beer, but I don't know you, and until you're there to work, I can't say exactly how much your time would be worth to me. Either way if you come and actually work, I will make sure you've been paid for what you've done. It'll be worth anyone's time for sure, I'm not a cheapass and I've never dicked anyone over in my life. My business reputation on here alone should speak for itself, given most of you have met me at one point or another.
I do know that we're being swamped right now because we've been doing better than other "groups" that get work in the same way, so if you do good, there is more work for you.

Got ya, good luck in your search. But it's hard to get someone to work without setting a minimum payout or hourly rate, even if you say you compensate well.

Re: Need someone to work today on the peninsula!
My only issue with setting a payout for a non specific list of tasks for just 1 day is people like to work an amount THEY feel is worth that amount, or take all day to accomplish those tasks. Work is hard to find, and someone willing to pay decent for good work is rare these days. If you come to work, and show me that, you've got a job and you'll be paid well. Time is ticking though and I'm getting low on options right now.
