i removed the spark plug wires but forgot to write down what goes where and now i have no clue. does anyone know what the firing order is and what goes where on the distributor? thanks

 

firing order: 1,3,4,2

on the cap, the one with a 'C' next to it is number one. From passenger side looking...lower left is number 1, one above is 3, one to right of 3 is 4, and other is 2. Then of course the coil wire.

 

can you show me on this picture? also when standing in front of the car, looking down at the spark plugs, which ones are what. is it left to right
(1--->4) or right to left (4<---1)? thanks a bunch

 

the wire on the right lower side has a 2 on it. That one goes to plug number 2. the wire above it goes to plug number 4. The wire to the left of that one, goes to plug number 3. The wire beneath that one, on the lower left(blue dot) goes to plug number 1.

Plug number one is on the driver side(timing belt side), and number 4 is closest to the distributor.
