Still not able to post in Car parts for sale

ive been a member for a month now, i am still not able to sell stuff in the car parts classifieds? why is this?

thanks alot any help will be appreciated, you can see my trade value i have bought stuff from people on here but just PMing people with parts but i can never post in those specific forum areas
