2000 GSR swapped civic ex, low miles! 757

The good:
Complete OBD 1 GSR engine and transmission swap with 70,000 miles (b18c1 with vtec)
Exterior is flawless and has new metallic green paint job with flake
AEM intake
Megan Header
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
Catback exhaust
Clean dark grey interior
GSR Cluster installed and still have the stock EX cluster
Car has 85,000 miles on it and GSR engine swap has 75,000 miles
Car is lowered on Skunk 2 coilovers
Va inspection good till September 2010
No grinds, or pops in the tranny
Brand new battery
Maintenance up to date (with receipts)
Clean title in hand!
The bad:
-Title says the mileage is incorrect, this is due to the cluster swap and the mileage is only a few thousand off (have the original gauges) I also have a photocopy of the title when the mileage was correct from the previous owner.
-The hood is fugly and needs to die in a fire.
-The brakes are sticking a little, the slides need to be greased.
I am looking to trade for a clean stockish miata, or other reliable daily driver.
I work 7 days a week between 2 jobs, the best time to see the car is evenings on weekdays, afternoons on Saturdays or evenings on Sundays.
