Description: GTI 337 only 1500 of these were made. The 337 came with black and red recaro seats, a bigger brake setup, a upgraded front lip,sideskirts and rear valance, upgraded oem vw exhaust muffler, black and red stiched interior such as e-brake, shift boot and steering wheel. The 337 also came with the upgraded Ko3's sport turbo. The car is very clean inside and out, the interior is flawless other than a slight tear in the driverside floormatt. The exterior is in great shape also, the car has small dings in the two front fenders, they are not horrible but you can see them. There are minor small scratches and chips here and there but nothing badd for a car of its age. The car was so low when i got it that it had small scratches on the bottom of the front lip but you cant really see them unless you are down on the ground. The motor runs like a champ, the car is pretty quick and very dependble. The oil has been changed under every 3k and I just flushed the coolant system and it has new g12 in it. I take very good care of this car and the previous owner was a VW enthusist so he did aswell. I AM IN NO RUSH TO SELL THE CAR, it runs and looks great i am just kind of testing the H2O but i will sell it for the right price, or trade for a car equal to mine or trades plus cash work aswell. Just text me with offers worst i can say is no but please no junk, and the car has 138k on it and i just recently did a compression test to check and its 145 all the way across. All service is done to this car, coilpacks, plugs, oil coolant etc and tires have great tread. I painted the r32 wheels with spraypaint, sanded them down 2 coats of prime, 3 of gloss black and two clear coats, they are much more glossy in person, Thanks.
.Mods- 3inch downpipe,coilovers, samco turbo inlet pipe, G.I.A.C. stage 1 chip ( can send in to GIAC and get stage 2 for only 75 bucks), 1 peice alum oil pan and new 1 peice oil return line, forge diverter valve, powdercoated vc and intake mani and like mentioned above it has recaros and all of the other stuff the 337 came with, this is a rare car ready to go.

 

Thought the 20th's were only made in 03?

thats correct....the 337 is very similar but made in 02, most noticeable differences are the 337 came with bbs rc's and the 20th has aristo's from the r32, and the 337 came in silver


op, why are the wheels wrong, and what happened to the rear bumper diffuser?

 

337 cars did not come with a sunroof, the bbs rc wheels were shot peened instead of silver like the gli rc

Im sorry, it is a 03 lol i was not paying attention, ya no sunroof to reduce bodyflex i guess and ya the 337 came with bbs rc wheels but the rcs for some reason turend into shit very quick, got a worn out look so the previous owner took the r32 wheels off his r32 and put them on here looks good though.

This looks like my old 337. Does it have a salvage title? Just a heads up if anyone buys do a carfax. It may not be my old one but just in case. GLWS it looks nice.
