Default help with cel

i have a 92 civic si. i had a ls motor in it but it locked up on me so i just dropped in a b16. i have a jdm gsr ecu with a gsr wiring harness. when i got everything hooked up, my cel came on. so i got the codes and they are 41-primary oxygen sensor heater and 14-iac. the iac is acting fine, no rough idling or anything. i thought the o2 might be bad because when i first started the car up it smelled very rich so i was expecting the code for the o2. but it says the heater. i was wondering if anyone has gotten this code before or if anyone has any tips on things to try. i've double checked the o2 and it is plugged in and its a soft code because when you turn the car off and restart it it wont come on for about 5 seconds. thanks in advance for any help.
