Default 89 Hardbody Throwout Bearing

Is there any possible way to check a throwout bearing besides putting it back in the tranny and drive with it?? I want to put my factory bearing back in after I changed the clutch etc. and don't trust the aftermarket bearing I got with my clutch kit because last replacement the bearing exploded in my transmission. I need to get this pos back on the road.

thanks,

spend a few bucks to get a new oem one? their like.....maybe 10 bucks? if you can press it between your hands and it rotates smoothley, it should be fine. its just a bunch off ball bearings pressed between to sleeves of metal.

nah, my throwout bearing is $75 at Pomoco Nissan, the other one doesn't make any noise but I'm also not spinning it at 3500rpm either.
