16" 4X100 Mesh wheels. Rota? TIRES LIKE NEW!

not sure on the brand or really even the specs other then they are 16" and 4X100. there is a marking on the back of one of the wheels that says "rota" but your guess is as good as mine. they are in great shape but one does have some curb rash (pictured below)
