can i get it in a different state, maybe registering it in fl at a friends addy or po box

it would be on your record...so when you goto transfer it...its all in your name, so they would know. If thats all it took to get a license after it got suspended..everyone would do it im sure.

 

How long ago did it get suspended?

Cause two summers ago me and a few friends moved to Jacksonville and one of my friends did have a suspended liscens, well when you take the test in FL .... they just had the question on the form is your liscens revoked in another state ... he checked NO ... and he got a liscens for FL that day. But I wouldnt recomend it. I dont talk to the guy anymore so Im sure he was screwed on it later on down the road.

Even if you are able to pull this off, if you get stopped in virginia and your suspended in virginia, you will still be charged with driving suspended, doesnt matter if you have a license from all the 49 other states. Most states now are upping the information needed for drivers licenses and even simple id cards, due to 9/11 and the ease that the terrorists were able to get an id card.

 

best thing for u to do would be to ask the court for a restricted license......liek for work or whatever....

 

Well, if you've had it before and now you have it again. Maybe you should be without it for that year that they have you sentenced to. Maybe now you will learn something?!

well id like to say i learned but
first was for a dui driving to sleven @ va tech

2nd was on a restricted on the way home from work my friends called me and needed a dd

3rd just being stupid driving too fast

 

First off, you are an idiot. To have your license suspended 3 times takes a real "genius". Secondly, go and apply for a license in another state. I wanna see you go to jail for fraud and possible be picked up by the feds and spend your 15 year sentence in a federal prison washing somebody else's boxers. You should have learned the first time you got it and didn't do anything stupid. But, since you obviously didn't, than I think you need to spend a year without a license.

 

well im glad you have that opinion, when im sure you just might have done the same in my situations

b: your friends have no way to get home from the bar, 2 have already had dui's__so you let them drive or stop by on your way home and pick them up real quick and take them back to your house

c: your friend get in a vehicle accident sun morning on his way to your house and is in icu, i guess i just stay home and say oh well

all my situitions were not right, but they werent stupid
