Elizabeth City Track
What is this nonsense about people claiming this racetrack exists in E. City?
I live 10 minutes from there. there is no track there that I've ever seen or heard of.
Maybe it's in Edenton or somewhere and people just call it E. City?

it is in edenton or hertford or whatever, its maybe 10-15 minutes outside that wal mart at the end of eringhaus. 1/8th mile track.
