honda motors and balancer shafts
what is a balancer shaft to begin with
also is the only motors produced by honda that are h22 and higher have the balancer shaft or do all honda motors have them
from what I am being told only h22 and up have balancer shafts and anything lower does not
I need to clear this up and do not want to be lead in the wrong way thanks in advanced

The H22(3)'s and F22's have them. They are weighted shafts that spin inside of the block to counteract engine vibrations.

They can be removed too, there will be a barely noticeable increase in engine vibration but you'll pick up a tiny bit of power. The bearing harmonics are so small that it's a wonder they evern used balance shafts in the first place.

Also does a company make a crank shaft that is balanced, without the use of balancer shafts or are they all made to be used with them
