Seriously you can do it yourself, sand paper ummm forgot what grit. But yea just do circular motions around the flywheel to get any hot spots off.

Wargo Machine in Chesapeake has done every last one that I have ever had. They have even lightened and rebalanced a few with absolutely no problems.
They may not be able to though since it's "JDM".
