is there anyone out there who can tell me what to expect in the interview..its friday! are there any like trick questions or anything. also i got selected for "various trades" although i applied for welding. seems like the internet is filtered of any info on this topic like its a secret or something. also which trade pays the most or requires the least labor!!! (im a woman)

Its a basic interview process in front of about 12 people. Various trades means all the threads in the yard. IF they like you, they'll pick you. If you dont get selected into the trade you want.. you can deny.

if your fresh off the streets with a diploma...all the trades will pay the same. If you get hired just as a worker and not an apprentice those rates will vary. But if you get into the A school...you will start out making more and do alot less work until you finish your actual "school" portion of your apprenticeship.



You will take alot of heat for being a welder, and a woman.

How hard is
2 slices of bread
his fav assortment of deli meat
provalone cheese
mayonase (if he likes)
mustard
2 thin slices of cucumber
fresh lettuce
fresh tamato
make sure there's a good balance of these items (no one taste should overpower the other)
cut the sandwich softly in half to form an isosceles triangle
