if you have a grinder, and are careful, you can do it yourself.
i am four hours from you, otherwise i could be an option. may want to post in your regional forum for assistance.

dude, what the hell are you doing buying all this shit if you have no idea how to install it or use the tools to install it? you are throwing money into the wind and hoping for a prayer. you should've saved your money and taken it somewhere to ensure it was done RIGHT and that way you'd also have a warranty.

Re: lower ball joint need fixing
get an electric grinder or something and grind off the mushroomed bottom area VERY carefully like fc was saying. kinda narrow the end down to a point somewhat. dont just cut off the bottom 2 threads or you'll never be able to get the nut to thread on right again. thats the easiest way to do it until you can find someone to install the balljoint for you.
PS: you never smack the bottom of the balljoint with a hammer to free it up which is how im sure you mushroomed it. always use a balljoint seperator lubed with grease or smack the side of the LCA hard as fuck till it breaks free.
