FS/FT 1990 Honda CRX HF with DOHC ZC

Description: 1990 Honda CRX HF with DOHC ZC motor swap.
Mileage: 235669 on body, not sure how many on motor (I was told around 40K when I had the motor put in, and I've driven it another 20K since the beginning of last summer).
Price: dropped to $2500

Good:
-Car drives well with the exception of a nasty third gear grind on SI tranny (It goes into third without too much difficulty, but it can be loud). I have an extra SI tranny (unknown condition) that I will throw in, but the buyer would have to pick it up in Williamsburg.
-Just needs the included "new" rebuilt a/c compressor installed and it should have working a/c (It worked really well last summer until the compressor broke).
-Averages 36mpg.
-New rotors and pads in front.
-New outer tie rods.
-Hatch struts work great
-Climate control is in excellent condition (If you know about these, they tend to be broken).
-Has very, very minimal rust (most is surface).
Extras (already installed):
-Injen short ram intake.
-Ebay header.
-OBX 2.5" catback exhaust (cut off the big tip and partially painted black).
-ClutchMasters stage 2 clutch.
-Fidanza 11lb. flywheel.
-Walbro 255lph in-tank fuel pump.
-B&M adjustable fpr.
-Suspension Techniques rear sway bar (I'll also include the uninstalled front sway bar)
-HX wheels.
-ZC carbon fiber hood (has a small spider crack). I'll also include the stock white hood which is in fairly good condition.
-SI seats (Driver's side has usual tear and passenger's seat is in great condition).
-OEM CRX floormats.
-2002 Civic SI shiftknob.
-Integra leather armrest.
-Momo steering wheel.
Bad:
-3rd gear grind.
-Crack on driver's side of windshield. The crack is vertical and cannot be seen from the inside of the car. It passed inspection.
-Has a small ding and crease on the passenger's door.
-Hatch has some small random holes where the spoiler was. There is also some minor damage to the rear of the car where the spoiler was removed (Freakin' double-sided tape!). If requested, I will include the spoiler which will cover up the damage.
-Hatch leaks water when it rains.
-Will come with stereo but it's a cheap Sony CD player and it's not installed.
-Speakers in pics are not included but I have a pair that I will include.
-Rear bumper isn't aligned because the bumper retaining clips are missing. There is also some slight damage to the area right above the exhaust tip.

For another $250, I will include a partial d series turbo kit and some extras. The kit includes the turbo from the kit, exhaust manifold, and downpipe. The extras include HKS SSQV BOV (not sure if it works though), Turbo XS manual boost controller, and DSM blue top 450 injectors.
