Is your car reaching operating temps? Is your speed sensor working? Also like the others said are there any CELs and is your oil level good?

was the motor swapped? is it the right computer? more details and if the piece is cracked yes that could have something to do with it to.

Yes the motor is out of a 2000 si and now its in a 95 eg sedan. its odb1 it has a p28. what other details it has a full radiator with fan that the guy wired to stay on all the time. the water temp sensor on the head has a unconnected green wire, is that what i hook the power to the fan on?so the fan turns on when the theromstat opens up?
