99 civic si low miles, ground controls, track rs, must sell asap!

Ive got a 99 civic si with 110k miles on it. It is a complete EM1, with front and rear si seats, black carpet, newly upholstered headliner (light grey), si front end, si rear wing. The interior is mint with very little to no wear on it. The exterior has a few minor dings here and there and the rear bumper is chipped. The car was painted a dark purple with some crazy flake in it before I got it. The paint job is legit and looks really good when its cleaned up, just has a few flaws here and there.
Mods:
b20b vtec tuned at Ramey Built in va beach (unfortunately don't have papers but it was done last fall)
stock EM1 b16 tranmission
stock EM1 head
chipped P06 ecu when tuned
NGK spark plugs and wires
Full exhaust 2 1/4
255 Walbro fuel pump
ebay headers
No a/c but does have p/s and c/c
Black housing headlights
Top mount ground control coilovers with Koni yellows (rides just as good as stock)
Professionally aligned (drives straight as an arrow)
Skunk 2 front camber kit, ebay rear camber kit
Blox LCA's
Password jdm rear tow hook
Track R's in mint condition
Front tires have about half tread, rears are brand new
Sony xplod front speakers, alpine rears
