ok heat gets hot when car sits and idles

but when u drive it goes cool and the heat gauge falls to nothing i ahve replace the water pump and 3 months ago i replaced the tstat its full of antifreeze so can anyone help

Did you replace and flush the antifreeze yourself? Maybe you have an air pocket in the system, did you try bleeding it yet?

temp sensor? if its warm its warm... not going to cool down just because your moving the car

to bleed the system just turn the heat all the way up, open the filler cap (unless you have a bleeder crew somewhere) and fill it up, let it run at idle and every time it burps and drops the level top it off . depending on what your capacity is it could take anywhere from 10 minutes to and hour+. my BMW holds 4 gallons of coolant so it took forever.
