Default Help with electrical problem

a few weeks ago my tail lights (night driving) and cluster lights went out. so i replaced the fuses and they worked for one day and this morning they didnt. the headlights still work and the fuses are brand new. anyone have this problem before? the car is a 96 civic hatch all stock and never messed with

you probably have a short somewhere in the dash or near the taillights if you have gaytezzas i would check the wiring back there because they cause a lot of problem because you have to strecth the wires a little and it exposes the wire a little sometimes you probably blew the fuse again that is why the lights are not workin again

nope, the tailights are stock. the cluster is also out again

try a diferent dimmer switch. could have gone bad. worth a shot

Do you have an audio system? Mine did the same thing forever until I put a beefier fuse in it. 10-->20, may not be safe, but they didn't blow anymore.

its an old kenwood deck. yeah the replacement fuses i used only lasted a day

dimmer switch on the dash. either swap it out or get a jumper wire and touch the 2 wires together.
