Default Custom intercooler piping.Civic.Integra...Eclipse?

*****I no longer take exhaust system fab, except downpipes and dumptubes, which I can do all day. I just dont want to fabricate a full exhaust system anymore until I get a decent source/dealer of 8-10 foot sections of piping******

Name: Arnel
Contact: REPLY here
Description: 2.5 inch or 3.0 inch mandrel bent aluminized steel/mild steel piping
Price: Depending on application and size, the average price is $200-230.

*2.5 inch intercooler piping from turbo to TB

I will provide, fabricate, weld, and install all the piping. The price also includes welding your preferred BOV flange (must be steel), as well as making your dumptube piping (materials provided by me, EXCEPT dumptube flange). You will also have to mount your intercooler the way you want to.

The turbo to intercooler piping may vary from 2.5 to 2.25 inch depending on your set-up. You may not have enough room to squeeze a 2.5 inch pipe.

What you must provide me before I fabricate:
-your dumptube flange
-your BOV flange
-your piping couplers and clamps
-ample vacuum lines and T-fittings, if necessary

PLEASE READ:

I only do this on the side, so for the most part, weekends only unless I get off early enough on the weekdays. I am very meticulous when it comes to cutting which means it may take several hours for me to complete the fabrication. In some cases, might even be 2 days.

Please, understand that I have to see your car first in order to plan out the piping route. Some cars are equipped with mods under the hood that may interfer with standard bends. Also, the possibility of cutting areas of your bumper is likely to happen. I will leave that up to you. I dont cut bumpers

If you have any questions, feel free to reply here or PM me. As of right now, I cannot do exhaust systems until I get the flanges and longer section pipes. As far as downpipes, I can make it also from 2.5or 3 inch piping, A/C or non-A/C. PM me for details/price.

I will not be resposible for the removal of ANYTHING that is already installed on your car such as: turbo manifold, turbo, bumper, ignition systems, catalytic converter/test pipe, etc. My job is to fabricate the piping only. I do NOT want any drama that may occur if I remove something that just happen to break..... sorry.

I also prefer to work in my garage to be able to utilize all my equipment vice trying to rig something to fabricate. However, I am willing to travel within a 20 mile radius if the price is right and a suitable work space is provided.

****NOW USING BEAD ROLLER!****

Vouches: I've done plenty of cars in the area. A few members here have also seen my work and my set-up.

The only pics I have are the ones in my car:

The pics below are the upper charged pipe from my car. Please note that mine is not a 2.5 inch. This is just to show an example of my work
