Two 12'' subs in box with a 1000w amp

decided I don't really need/want them and a trade fell through so what the hell.....
I'm asking $150.00 for everything since it's in good shape. I just never put it in my car because I didn't want to lose the trunk space and I'm not much of a base guy. haha
if anyone has an ipod touch they'd want to trade, I'm looking for one
the subs are Orion XTR's and they are in pretty much new condition. the box is in perfect shape as well. The amp is a 1000w sony xplod.
I'm also including a wiring kit and converter box with it. here's the pics...
