I can't even find that kit, but some one has a bad oil leak from a different forum he's bringing it over tonight. Found it, I don't understand what it is or why it costs $400.

I stripped my head stud holes on my block. With that I can drillout bigger holes, tap em for time-serts, and then once the time serts are installed the original head stud will screw into the time-sert. Stronger than the original. But yeah it hurts to shell out $400 for a kit I'll probably use only once or twice.
Well worth the steps it's saving me though.

It's basically the tools you're paying for but yeah it shouldnt cost near that much. I'm wondering what metal the guide plate and drill bushing are made from. Maybe some super hard exotic shit but I doubt it.
