Nice condos or townhouses fairly close to the Richmond airport?
Hi Central! I'm looking to purchase a house within this year (for a tax break), and am looking for some help locating either a condo or townhouse near the Richmond airport.
Here's my "criteria":
~ New, or fairly new (less than 5 years old)
~ less than 10 miles from the airport
~ garage is a must
~ minimal amount of yard to take care of
~ I would like it to be under $200k, but would consider paying more if the place was nice enough
Please shoot me a PM with any websites or phone numbers you find of places you know of that are like what I'm looking for.
Thanks in advance!

Homes & Land of Richmond to brows the catalog page by page. To get an area map for real estate listings (what defines area 42, for example), check out Richmond Times-Dispatch Newspaper in the "Homeseeker" link.

Crap.
I don't spend much time at home either (mostly hotels and airports), but I really want something nice so that when I am home, I can enjoy it. I'll check the link above and see what I think, but it looks like I may have to head back down the 757 way (where I'm originally from).
