Any VW types around here?
Finally found and purchased a 98 Jetta GLX VR6; black on black.
Just wondering if there's any groups around this area or if anyone knows of any forums. I've got allot of mods in mind and just looking for some people who may have already done what I'm about to do to it..........
Thanx in advance.

Re: Any VW types around here?
I think that's the most recent VW meet in the 757... when the weather gets nice I hear they're thinking of going here:
But I'd check Sandy Beach Park off of Hampton Center Rds until then.

Re: Any VW types around here?
It's tough. I want a supercharger vice turbo because it will be a daily driver. I've only found two kits that I've found good reviews on: AMS or VF.....dunno tho.
I like a stock look; but I'm gonna go with the Euro side moldings and lights; plus that friggin head/fog light switch is the first thing to get changed; get rid of the gay daytime running lights!
Also looking for a stock head unit out of newer Jetta; cd player obviously. Like I said, I like a stock look.
Gonna get the stock rims powder coated black. It has some MKIV's on it now; but the stocks are in the trunk still.
Other than suspension and exhaust I think that's enough over the winter!
