**HELP! DEAL GONE SOUR WITH LOCAL MEMBER!**
First off, hello and nice forum! I am from Houston, feel free to check us out www.houston-imports.com/forums.
The member that this involves is RatedV or Shinobi and I believe he is associated with Spindrift187 and Jdmjunkyard.
Early in October I agreed to buy a SR20DET transmission from Jeff (Redtop_240) on Zilvia.net. I didnt have all the money at the time, because I get paid monthly. So we decided to split the total amount with shipping into 2 payments with Jeff agreeing to ship out the tranny after he recieved the first payment. After paying the first amount and waiting until about the end of October I began to get worried and contacted Jeff. He said he didnt have a chance to get the tranny out and would ship it as soon as he got the second payment. I ended up sending him the 2nd payment 3 days late and I notified him before hand that I was oging to be a be late. I went ahead and paypaled him the money and still havnt recieved the tranny.
The next problem is that I cant get in contact with him at all. He wont respond to my emails and wont answer his phone, which I have been calling daily. I need you guys to help me get in touch with him or give me a location I can fly out to. I cant afford to lose out on this money right now. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide.

Regardless if you made your payment 3 day's late. He still owes you a tranny, and or your money back. ALL of it.

Thanks, I agree with you fully. He acknowledged the fact that I wasnt going to be late on the second payment. I told him in advanced, he said he would wait for it and ship it after that.
Nice bike by the way, I rode an R6 yesterday and loved it. I ride a GSXR750 right now.

EDIT: user Shinobi doesn't exist anymore, but there is a shinobi211. I remember something about them being the same guy or something odd about those 2 user names (RatedV and Shinobi).

Shinobi changed his name to RatedV. He doesnt post AS much as he used to, however, I'm almost 100% sure spindrift187 posts here daily
