How about it? First 12 that sign up. We'll set a date and time. $25 to enter. Fastest average takes home $225. Fastest lap takes home $75. Anyone game?

Make it cheap. 6 people race in a heat, $5 a head. Fastest average takes $25, fastest lap gets his/her money back.
