Default FITMENT HELP 00 Integra front/rear speakers

Hey i need some help im thinking about upgrading all 4 speakers in my car. I believe the front and rear speakers in integras are 6.5 inches PLEASE correct me if im wrong. I am thinking about buying 4 speakers all 6.5 inches to replace my oem ones in my integra. These speakers are name brand Polk audio from best buy. Will these speakers fit in my car since their the same size as stock? Are all 6.5 inch speakers universal fit ?

If you're in doubt, Crutchfield's site used to have a complete listing of the stock speaker sizes for pretty much every make/model/year of car. They probably still do, it's been many years since I've checked though.

will crutchfield be able to explain that 6.5" speakers are the same size as 6.5" speakers? since that really is the question at hand

Pretty much all aftermarket speakers have universal/multiple bolt patterns. They'll work.

As long as there aren't any depth problems in front of or behind the speaker.

Depth is the main issue. DC's have shallow baskets unless you want to do a bunch of cutting - not worth it IMHO just to do a little upgrade. Rears (2 door anyway) can be replaced without taking off the whole panel but it's tight.
