SRS light!
I was driving when out of nowhere the SRS light just comes on for no reason. I tried removing the battery for a minute to get rid of it but that didnt work. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? The only way i'll to go Honda Dealer is if it's my last resort. Has this happen to anyone else?

Re: SRS light!
Wow! That help me out a bunch. I never thought of doing that...
I Know I can take it to shop, but they usually charge $ Just to look at it.
So unless you know someone with a "Scan tool" that does it for free or knows how to get rid of it (by that I dont mean removing the bulb) DONT COMMENT.
Thanks

Re: SRS light!
Your SRS system must be inspected and serviced after a certian number of years. I think the law states every 10 years. After that mark, the light pop's on untill serviced. It will not pass inspection with the light on.

Re: SRS light!
SRS light is an airbag error light. On most cars, its wired such that if you have an Air Bag error, it will affect other things on the car in a negative way as encouragement for you to go get the car serviced.
Don't be frugal on something like this, unless you want your airbag to randomly shoot out at you while driving down the road.
