1995 Honda Civic Hatch CX w/ D15B VTEC

Current inspection
Exterior - car was repainted white to refresh paint a few years back, paint was clayed and polished recently and is in decent condition. Few chips, dents on roof, dings on body but pretty good for its age. Surface rust on hood from rock chips (very small chips). Surface rust on edge of passenger fender.
Interior - brand new interior carpet, Integra cloth seats in great condition with no tears or excessive wear.
Engine - D15B VTEC. All plugs, wires, gaskets, seals were taken care of before engine was swapped in. New master cylinder. This car was a daily driven car for the past 2 owners. Engine is very reliable.
I purchased the car a month ago as a future project car but will be moving out of state and will not have time for it. The title is clean and I have it in hand. All stock suspension, misc. parts, and Mobil1 oil will be included.
